I started taking lessons in my early 20's but due to having an unsuitable instructor, I gave up lessons weeks before I was due to take my test. I dreaded every single one of my lessons which made driving become something I feared instead of enjoyed. Fast forward 10 years....I made the decision that I would give driving another go, but only if I could find the right instructor for me. I wanted an instructor who would encourage me and help me to build my confidence, especially as I am an 'older' learner and I am expecting a baby! I decided to start by booking 5 hours with Dave and I never looked back! I enjoyed driving for the first time in my life due to Dave's support and encouragement. He helped me to gain confidence behind the wheel as well as providing me with hours of laughs and kinds words. I passed my test at 37 weeks pregnant so I now have the freedom to to get out and about once my baby arrives. If it wasn't for Dave showing utter faith in my abilities as a driver, I'm not sure i'd have even thought to book a test towards the end of my pregnancy....I'm so glad I listened to him! Thanks again Dave, you truly are a driving instructor superstar and I will be sure to recommend you to all my 'non-driving' mummy friends. x
