Having stopped lessons for a year I started learning again. Susan identified my weaknesses early and managed to correct them. The workbook was useful, helping me look over my weaknesses, approach speed and observations and memorising the "Show Me, Tell Me" questions. Susan was brilliant in helping me pass my test.
