Customer care driving lessons charter

LDC driving school instructors appreciate and value your custom. All are bound by a stringent code of conduct which is incorporated in the terms and conditions upon which each LDC driving school instructor offer their services. Their continued membership of the LDC driving school franchise network is dependent upon their compliance with these terms and conditions as published on this website, provided in a driving lessons information pack supplied with a booking confirmation and on the website of each individual LDC driving school franchise owner.

Failure by the LDC driving school instructor to comply with these terms and conditions will place him or her in breach of their contract for service with you and their terms of membership with us. A copy of these terms can also be viewed by selecting the menu item entitled Terms and Conditions or by viewing the terms and conditions on any individual LDC driving school owners website.

Payment Protection Scheme

Training fees paid directly to the LDC National Booking Office will be held in a special LDC driving school instructor clients holding account. Any money held in this account on your behalf will not be passed on to the LDC instructor until your training has been provided or you have authorised us to do so. Your instructor will ask you to sign a confirmation of training form which will be sent into our office and will release the funds to your instructor. Alternatively your instructor may ask you to email or call our office to authorise payment.

Please note the service element of your course will be provided by your local LDC driving school instructor and the contract for service will be directly with them. The LDC National Booking Office acts as the agent and the guardian of the standards for the LDC driving school franchise as a whole. To enable us to maintain these standards all LDC driving school instructors have agreed that any fees held in this clients account should not be paid to them until you authorise us to do so or until the services have been properly provided.

In the event of any dispute or complaint we have been authorised by the instructor network to withhold any fees remaining in this account from the LDC driving school instructor in question until the matter is resolved to the satisfaction of the LDC Quality Assurance Manager. In this way we can ensure you get what you pay for and that standards within the franchise network are maintained to the highest standard.

Please also note we are not able to offer this protection if you pay your fees in advance direct to your local LDC driving school instructor. However, we will help if possible in the event of any dispute regarding such fees paid directly to them but can not be held responsible for any repayment or refunds.
